Thank you for sending your resume or CV to ART. When
an appropriate opportunity appears
to us, you will be contacted by a Recruiter.
|
|
Please Note
- If your application is largely incomplete
or does not include a resume or CV, you might be sending us an application
that does not provide us with sufficient information to evaluate your experiences,
requirements, and preferences, making proper matching with our client companies'
current needs difficult or impossible. Such an application might be discarded.
- When we receive your new application, generally the earlier application
is overwritten by the new one. For your protection, your data is not stored by us online, so the only way to make changes to an application made earlier is to redo it.
- If you wish to redo the application that you just sent to ART,
you may do so by simply pressing your browser's BACK button and reentering
your data.

Not Acceptable: These
items may be deleted unread automatically by the screening robot before reaching
ART servers or human readers
- resumes sent without completed applications
- applications
sent without a resume
- resumes or other attachments
sent to any ART e-mail address unsolicited
- resumes sent
by any third party or agency, or unsolicited commercial solicitations.
- Candidate bios or "pitch" cover letters are
not acceptable as replacements for resumes and will not cause
an ART recruiter to make contact.
- Please do not ask us to find your resume on your web site
-
Please do not ask us to send your resume back to you.
- Resumes or CV's sent in languages other than English will demonstrate to us that the sender does not have strong enough English skills for our client companies. All ART clients require us to only present candidates with very strong spoken and written English skills.
- There is no advantage to candidates who
send multiple copies of their resumes at one time or very
often, as such practices might cause the screening robot to treat the application as spam and not pass the
application to the ART recruiters. Since our matching is
ultimately done by actual people, "quantity" absolutely does not gain favorable
attention over the appropriateness of a candidate to a particular job opportunity.
Only one application per candidate is normally kept on file.

in your interview process, but you should only consider them as suggestions. You should not rely
entirely on these articles to answer all your questions about your specific
case. These articles are only intended to help candidates begin their
process of evaluating a specific company and specific job. You and only you could best evaluate a
