If your firm plans to advertise your current vacancy, either directly or through other recruitment firms, please do not choose ART at this time.
ART is best used for only your firm's most important, mission-critical searches -- vacancies for which advertising is seen by your management team as a waste of money and time.
Please do contact us about your firm's other key national and global search needs. Of course, if at this point in your search you have determined that advertisements or recruitment firms that rely on them have failed to produce suitable candidates, and your firm now wants to see ART's effective executive search methods work for your company, please do give us an opportunity to help your firm now.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH RECRUITMENT THROUGH ADVERTISEMENTS?
Job advertising is OK for many junior positions in which the employer has the flexibility to consider hiring a person who does not know very well their industry, market, products or customers. Many staff positions could be adequately filled by advertising, but these are not the kinds of searches that ART specializes in.
ART recruits heads of corporations and heads of departments: CEO's, COO's, CFO's, CIO's, Presidents, General Managers, Managing Directors, Plant Managers, Country Managers, National Sales Managers, Supply Chain heads, Finance heads, and other VP's and Directors upon whom a company's leadership depends. With such positions, there is no room for risk. Using advertising to fill such positions is not a strategic executive search; it's a risky lottery.
ART's reputation globally is excellent because we do not depend upon luck or chance to find our clients' senior managers. We are not just another source of resumes or CV's. We are the employer's key partner in selecting their management team.
The candidates whom we recruit are industry leaders who rarely read job advertisements and who typically respond only to contacts from trusted executive search recruiters when considering their career changes. If our candidate base felt that we were offering the same kinds of jobs that are advertised, then our reputation in their eyes would fall, and thereby would fall our effectiveness to assist our client companies.
Our clients absolutely want to see only the best possible candidates in their target market, not just candidates who happened to respond to some advertisement. The best candidates typically are too busy making money for their present companies to answer "help wanted" advertisements. These are the candidates that ART seeks for our clients.
WHAT SPECIAL VALUE DO ART's EXECUTIVE SEARCH METHODS BRING TO OUR CLIENTS?
ART was founded in 1987, and we are an executive search firm using the highest world standards of executive search. In our concept of executive search, advertising has no place whatsoever. Competent executive search firms already have the correct industry contacts, as well as the ability to find the best candidates on their own. We are headhunters who are hired to seek out, quite aggressively and intelligently, the best possible managers for our client companies. When you work with ART, you will be assigned a professional headhunter who has had a minimum of 10 years' experience in high level executive search assignments.
For us, each client's search requires our careful thought and precision. Candidates selected by us typically come from our own large candidate database, and/or from our headhunting other excellent candidates working at our clients' competitors or near-competitors. In all cases, we are seeking candidates whose experiences, career goals and management styles fit as closely as possible our clients' requirements, business models, and missions.
BENEFIT FROM ART's PROFESSIONALISM & EXPERTISE
ART never uses advertising to find any candidate, in any location, for any reason.
If your current executive search campaign includes recruitment firms that depend upon advertising to find candidates, please beware! In many parts of the world, some companies call themselves "executive search firms," although their staff's principal ability is only in placing advertisements and sending mass quantities of the wrong resumes or CV's to the client. Most of these firms do not use headhunting by the direct approach method, and they should at best be considered only as a recruitment source for very junior positions.
ART never partners with any other recruitment firm, in any location, for any reason.
Your ART Account Manager will be the recruiter who personally conducts your search. We can only guarantee our consistent quality of service, time lines, and ethics, if ART recruiters are 100% in control of our client's search from start to finish. Recruitment firms that outsource their searches to field offices or to other recruitment companies are risking leaking information about your firm to strangers and are typically taking much longer to finish their searches. In most cases, by contrast, for any location globally, ART's searches are completed in 2-4 weeks, regardless of the title, industry or locaton. This is because we only accept searches that we ourselves are competent to fill.
