It is normally assumed that ART candidates in Asia should be fluent in the target Asian languages, that ART candidates in Europe should be fluent in the target European languages, that ART candidates in Latin America should be fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese. Most Mideast candidates are fluent in Arabic or other languages suitable to the target market. Our goal is to find people who understand your company's business culture as well as that of the target region. ART is proud that we never partner with other recruitment companies in any country, because in such cases, cost, quality and timing usually can never really be guaranteed. ART only accepts searches if we believe that we ourselves can be successful in helping our clients, and we work hard to please our clients with the right candidates. People just having an office in some city and calling themselves "recruiters" or "headhunters" does not guarantee that they actually understand your needs or even that they are qualified to do executive search.
