We are a US -headquartered executive search firm founded in 1987. We
started out as a “bricks and mortar” executive search firm focused
on one metropolitan area and a handful of industry markets. Our particular
attention to candidate and client needs was greatly appreciated by our friends,
and before long, our firm was recruiting successfully coast-to-coast,
competing easily with well established search firms in their own home towns.
In the 1990’s, ART began recruiting internationally, country by country,
city by city, continuing to please and amaze clients and candidates with
our abilities to find top people in their own cities.
Today, ART is an executive search firm that recruits in over 1,500 major world markets
on six continents. Our expansion came from hard work: learning different markets, industries,
and business styles, one by one. Due to the breadth of our industry contacts,
to our being open for business ‘round the clock, and to our ability to
easily communicate with our clients and candidates, we act as a "virtually
local" search firm in every market without the need of field offices. When

Unlike most executive search firms, which typically limit their operations
to a narrow radius from their office, ART operates wherever we are needed--
in San Jose, California or San José, Costa Rica. In London, Ontario
or London, England. In Canton, Ohio or Canton, China. Rather than limit
our candidates to a few local client companies and our client companies
to a few local candidates, we can potentially offer you a broad range
of choices in your home metropolitan area, your county, state, province, region,
country or worldwide.
At ART, your home is our home. Thanks to the internet and
an interesting 19th Century invention called the telephone, we have discovered
that there need be no such thing as a recruiting "home territory." Do
you work for a "local" manufacturer that only sells its products locally
and that has no reason to know about customers, competitors or suppliers
elsewhere? Does your "local" drugstore carry pharmaceuticals that only
function properly if they are ingested only by "local" people residing within
your commutable area? Does your telephone only make and receive "local
