Financial Services
At present, we are only recruiting experienced
candidates for the financial service industries, overwhelmingly, mainly
from the Senior Executive ranks - largely "C-level" or VP level people. Typical
managerial candidates may come from Corporate General
Management, Business Unit Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint
Ventures, Sales and Marketing, or Operations.
Our focus is particularly on internationally
oriented senior level candidates, with either employment or educational experiences in North America, Australia or Europe, or with overseas employment experience at top North American, Australian or European financial services firms. Other comparable experiences could certainly be considered.
We are particularly interested in candidates who could serve as Managing Directors, General Managers and Country Managers (Sales and Marketing) in their home countries or in other high growth emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region, the EMEA region, or Latin America. Candidates with strong local language skills in addition to English are preferred. We are interested in pioneering people who can help create strong, ethical, and viable business units for our clients around the world.
We are seeking trustworthy, ethical, and entrepreneurial senior managers with strong records of accomplishments in highly competitive environments. These individuals may be called on to infuse their new employers with their knowledge and ethics. They may be called upon to run very large organizations or to build highly original startup firms.
