Atlantic Research Technologies (ART) is an American executive search firm founded in 1987 that conducts senior management executive search assignments across the Middle East, on the pan-Mideast Regional, MEA, MEIA, sub-regional, or national levels.

ART recruits non-bureaucratic, results-oriented senior managers and middle managers throughout the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa, as well as Middle East-experienced managers globally, for overseas firms seeking to expand, develop, or harmonize their MENA businesses.

ART focuses on recruiting local or expatriate pan-region heads, country heads, or department heads who have strong local Mideast business contacts and/or successful employment experiences in the industry and region. Candidates typically reside in the Mideast or North Africa, but qualified candidates from other areas, especially Western Europe and North America, may be available.

Candidates have strong work histories at recognizable global firms and perform best in similar business models. They are headhunted from clients' direct competitors or firms with closely related offerings to minimize risk.

ART is suited for international corporations based outside MENA seeking world-class managers for wholly owned units or joint ventures (majority interest controlled). It is also valuable for Middle Eastern conglomerates seeking managers for in-country, regional, or worldwide units.

Candidates are fluent in English, often in local business languages; additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Scandinavian, Spanish, etc.) may be available. Many are educated in Western European or North American universities.
