1. Planning

Dependiendo del Director de Montaje, te encargarás
de dirigir la supervisión del Montaje, de los
equipos siderúrgicos en las instalaciones del
cliente (MHS, EAF, LF, VD/VOD, FES, CCM) en el
extranjero, coordinando equipos de personal propio y
subcontratado hasta que la instalación
queda en marcha
Funciones principales:
--Definir el equipo de Montaje, sus funciones y
calendarios de rotaciones. Controlar la
asignación de los recursos asignados de acuerdo a
las condiciones del contrato.
--Garantizar el correcto montaje de los equipos por
parte de las contratas.
--Gestionar la recepción y estado de los equipos en
obra.
--Controlar y reportar el progreso del montaje,
comparando el progreso real con la
planificación y los Road Maps de las contratas. Para
eso controlará los recursos
asignados por las contratas y alertará sobre las
desviaciones respecto al planning.
--Planificar al detalle las actividades de
supervisión del montaje de los equipos. Revisar,
discutir y validar el avance reportado por las
contratas.
--Gestionar las incidencias detectadas durante los
montajes (NCs, WOs TQs, falta de
material), planificando y resolviéndolas con los
agentes involucrados (Ingeniería, Project
Manager, contratas, cliente).
--Participar en la puesta en marcha de la
instalación (commissioning) y el cierre de
acciones pendientes (punch list) hasta obtener la
certificación FAC por parte del cliente.
--Discutir y negociar los posibles desacuerdos entre
las partes, buscando la máxima
satisfacción del cliente y la rentabilidad del
proyecto.

Requisitos:
--Formación: formación técnica en mecánica,
metalurgia o tecnologías industriales.
Preferiblemente grado en ingeniería.
