ART recruits senior leaders across:

On behalf of British and Irish companies, we recruit Senior Managers in mainland Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, where the objective is to increase local market share or to increase the efficiency of the foreign business unit. Often the best solution is to recruit bilingual or multilingual local or expatriate managers who have strong track records of success in the target markets.

 

Our focus is to recruit the best local managers; however, if the client is open to consider expatriate managers, we are able to assist easily with that profile, as ART is a global executive search firm, recruiting in over 100 countries, in the leading 1,500 cities of industry, finance and creativity.

 

Our emphasis is to find managers who perform well in accordance with the business ethics and business style of the hiring company. The goal is to find a leader whom the employer can trust to run their business, while effectively reaching local customers, suppliers, and employees in a way that they will find comforting.

 

Whenever possible, we seek candidates who have worked at their best in similar roles at firms similar to those of our client, often at our client's direct competitors or near-competitors. Familiarity with the target industry or market sector usually means faster success and greater organizational effectiveness.

 

We take particular care to try to find people who are accustomed to working in a business model that resembles that of the client company. A person who works well at a large multinational firm, for example, might not be the right person as employee #1 at a medium-sized foreign firm's greenfield business unit.

 

Searches might be at the national, regional, or global level.

    When you hire ART, you get a skilled headhunter with a minimum of 10 years' relevant expertise. Your headhunter will be directly involved at every stage of your search. If your search crosses international frontiers, s/he will be directly doing the recruitment personally, and will be responsible for the search's ultimate success or its failure. You see, ART never "partners" with other search firms in the 100+ countries where we recruit. If we feel that we cannot do the search properly, we do not accept the assignment. We control the timing, quality and ethics of the search from start to finish.
